File Menu

New

Erase contents of main form.

Open

Opens a previously saved name list definition.

Closes current name list definition and clears form back to default values.

Save

Saves current form contents to an external name list definition file.

Page Setup

Controls how printer displays data on page. For example, Portrait or Landscape mode.

You will be prompted to select a printer and then a report containing the contents of the form will be sent to the printer you chose.

Print Preview

Displays the form contents in a preview pane before sending to the printer.

Delete

Shows popup form on which you can delete name list definitions.

Recent Files List

Displays your most recently opened files.

Exit

Closes form.

Save Screen Locations

Saves current form locations on the computer display. This allows application to open in same place on screen next time it is run.

Restore Screen Locations

Restore form location on screen to its default.
