Main Form Menu Items
File Menu
New
Erase contents of main form.
Open
Opens a previously saved name list definition.
Close
Closes current name list definition and clears form back to default values.
Save
Save As
Saves current form contents to an external name list definition file.
Page Setup
Controls how printer displays data on page. For example: Portrait or Landscape mode.
You will be prompted to select a printer. After you select a printer, a report containing the contents of the form will be sent to the printer you chose.
Print Preview
Displays the form contents in a preview pane before sending the contents to the printer.
Recent Files List
Displays your most recently opened files.
Exit
Closes form and exits from application.
Edit Menu
Cut
Cuts currently highlighted text and stores it in Windows Clipboard.
Copy
Copies currently highlighted text and stores it in Windows Clipboard.
Paste
Pastes text from Windows Clipboard to current cursor location in a form text box.
Select All
Selects all the text in the text box cursor is currently positioned in.
Delete
Deletes the selected text in the text box cursor is currently positioned in.
Does NOT copy the text to the Clipboard.
Format Menu
Font
Shows Windows Font form. You can use that to change the font used to display data on the main form.

Form
Save Screen Locations
Saves current form locations on the computer display. This allows application to open in same place on screen next time it is run.
Restore Screen Locations
Restore form location on screen to its default.

Reset Menu
Erases list of most recently used files.
