Tutorial: Generate Random Document


  1. On Main Form select 4 Document option.
  2. Type 3 into Min Num Sentences text box.
  3. Type 5 into Max Num Sentences text box.
  4. Check Insert blank line between paragraphs checkbox.
  5. Type 4 into Min Num Paragraphs text box.
  6. Type 5 into Max Num Paragraphs text box.
  7. Select Specify Subject for Document Type.
  8. Type SUBJECT: BUDGET REVIEW into Document Title/Subject text box.
  9. Check Specify Date, From, To checkbox.
    1. This will cause output document to look like a business memo.
  10. Make sure the Output Log is visible.
    1. If it is not visible, check if it is minimized.
    2. If not minimized then click Show/Hide Output Log button to toggle Output Log back to visible.
  11. Click the Generate button.
  12. Observe that document text appears in Output Log.
  13. Depending on randomizing process, there will be either 3, 4 or 5 sentences displayed in each paragraph..
  14. Depending on randomizing process, there will be either 4 or 5 paragraphs displayed in the document.
