Add pfFolderSize Context Menu to Windows Explorer

Context menu looks like following on Windows Explorer:

To create a Windows Explorer context menu for pfFolderSize:

• Click Tools/Context Menu/Add menu item.

• On Windows Vista or later versions of Windows:

If you are logged on with a non-administrator account, you will be prompted to allow the program to make changes for your computer.

• Once context menu is created, you will get a message saying the context menu was added to the Windows Explorer.
