Export to Access File

Use this option to write data to a table in an Access database file.

You will be prompted for the name of the output file.

Accdb Format (Access 2007)

Use this format to export to an Access file in Access 2007 format.

You will need Access 2007 or later installed on your machine to use this option.

Mdb Format (Access 2003)

Use this format to export to an Access file in Access 2003 format.

You do not need to have Access installed on your machine to write the file.

You will need Access 2003 or later installed on your machine to read the file.
