Data Exporting

Export To

Use the Grid/Export To menu item to save the currently displayed grid data to an external data destination.

What is Exported?

Only the values currently displayed in the data grid are exported.

This means that only the data remaining after all filters are applied will be exported.

The data will also be sorted in the output destination according to whatever sorting you have applied to the grid.

For example, if you have data for United States, Canada and Mexico in the original name list but have filtered the grid to only show Canada data, the Export To functions will only copy Canada data to the output locations.
