Data Output Grid Overview
Column Visibility
Right-click the upper left cell in the grid and you should see something like the following:
Check columns you wish to display.
Uncheck any columns you wish to hide.
Sorting by Column
Click on column header to sort the grid in ascending order of the values in the column.
Click the column header a second time to sort descending.
Example (sort by LastName):
Notice the up arrow next to the column heading LastName.
Up arrow signifies data is sorted in ascending order.
In the second image, the down arrow signifies data is sorted in descending order.
Filtering by Column Value
You can filter the output by values in one or more columns.
Right click on the column heading.
You will see something like this:
